The Role

 

Please note that this role may be based either at our Madrid office or remotely within Spain.

 

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with proficiency in French considered an advantage.

If so we’d love to hear from you! We have a great opportunity available to join our team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, to work closely with a varied portfolio of our advertiser partners. The Affiliate team is responsible for sourcing new cashback deals and delivering value to our members and partners alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin to build your career and join a team where there will be a clear path for progression.

 

We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate team in our Madrid office, to maintain and further develop relationships with our partner affiliate networks, agencies and merchants. Networking and building relationships is a key part of this role and you will be expected to regularly attend client meetings and industry events to build a solid network of contacts and push forward our partners brand, such as Air Europa.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities may include

  • Ensuring Webloyalty is offering market leading promotions
  • Offering first class support to a large and diverse portfolio of advertiser clients
  • Regularly attending client meetings and affiliate events
  • Analysing data to monitor performance and trends
  • Presenting data back to key partners to advise how best to achieve their objectives
  • Campaign booking, management and optimisation
  • Creating case studies and promotional decks
  • Developing further relationships with affiliate network, agency and advertiser partners
  • Identifying potential new campaigns and ideas
  • Identify potential improvements to the website and systems
  •  

Qualifications

Required Skills/Attributes

  • An enthusiastic and friendly communicator, both virtually and in person!
  • A positive outlook to both day to day tasks and to tackling challenges that may crop up
  • Determination to achieve results
  • A self-motivated, eager to learn and pro-active nature
  • Experience of or an interest in key Microsoft Excel functions and basic data analysis
  • Experience of or an interest in presenting back findings
  • Experience of or an interest in negotiation/sales
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Happy to take ownership of a big and diverse portfolio of clients
  • Adaptable to last-minute change and/or limited time tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for attention to detail
  • A team player – happy to help out with additional projects when needed
  • A fun but professional manner
