Overview

The Junior Partnership Executive will assist in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role involves supporting the Partnership Managers in managing partners, conducting market research, and analysing partnership opportunities. You will engage in outreach efforts, help build relationships, and facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential. Responsibilities

Day to day:

  • Taking charge of our small tier clients, building strong relationships
  • Email communications with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Taking meeting notes from client calls & recording in Salesforce 
  • Invoice queries – responding to client queries and resolving issues 
  • Supporting the senior members of the team
  • Launching new partnerships
  • Attending to adhoc requests

Presentations

Testing & Optimisation: 

  • Requesting test plans from our acquisition team for partners that require optimisation  
  • Seeking test plan approvals from partners
  • Updating partners on testing results or reweighting 

Reporting/analysis

  • Completing monthly and weekly reporting
  • Assisting with troubleshooting
  • Proactive adhoc data analysis, identifying gaps in the data and devising an action plan 

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years working in a similar field
  • Efficient in work style
  • Comfortable with data analysis
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Clear communicator
  • Wants to gain more experience in account management
  • Picks up new systems easily
