Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a super-creative and passionate person to be a key member of our marketing team. You will be working alongside other like-minded people, to brainstorm, develop and implement testing strategies/marketing campaigns for our ecommerce retailers and brand partners.

 

You will operate as a connector and campaign coordinator for our acquisition programs, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, development, and partnership teams to identity and fulfill the requirements for launching successful campaigns. This role is designed for someone who strives to drive quantifiable marketing outcomes and can proactively identify opportunities to add value. You will be hands-on in bringing campaigns to life while continuously seeking ways to optimize and improve them.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate B2B2C online marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Create detailed action plans for upcoming campaigns, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Plan and execute A/B or multivariate tests to maximize customer acquisition
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are error-free and efficiently deployed
  • Collaborate with our account management team to enhance client campaign performance and maximize profitability
  • Closely monitor trends in key performance metrics including CTR, CR, ECPA and take actions to quickly address any performances’ issues
  • Maintain ongoing communication with sales and partnership teams to have full visibility of upcoming/new partnerships as well as changing client needs
  • Create post-campaign debriefs that outline results, sales impact, and learnings
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis to advertisers & partners
  • Monitor and share competitive trends, product launches, member offers and new acquisition campaigns flows

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing with a background in online marketing, focusing on lead acquisition and conversion
  • 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Bachelor’s degree with Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experienced in coordinating complex, multi-channel and data driven marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting deadlines
  • Confident with the ability to comfortably communicate with key stakeholders, executive team and external partners for key meetings or discussions
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and campaigns from idea to implementation
  • Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player
  • Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to a growing business
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Desired Experience

  • Experience with digital marketing for subscription-based products
  • Experienced in managing internal legal content reviews
  • Proficiency with Cognos Analytics
  • Recently executed successful in-store marketing campaigns
