The successful candidate will be part of the International FP&A team who are responsible for over 15 businesses, throughout Europe with revenues of $300m.
The overall responsibility of the Finance Manager will be to provide robust business partnering to commercial leaders by providing insightful financial analysis and ad hoc support.
The role will responsible for forecasting, tracking and analysing financial performance against plan and strategic objectives for specific geographies within the Group.
Preparation of annual budgets (US GAAP) with monthly updates. The preparation of the budget will involve working closely with commercial leaders in the business to ensure that all financial drivers are considered.
Monthly analysis of variances between actual and budgeted results
Business partnering with senior commercial leaders. Being the ‘go to’ finance representative for support on commercial negotiations and insight into business performance.
Provide support to the commercial team on new business opportunities with financial modelling and insight into different pricing solutions and deal structures.
An in depth understanding of the expenses in the business with the aim of closely tracking and controlling these expenses.
Profitability analysis for all of the main clients.
Quarterly reporting of key metrics to assist the US group finance team in the preparation of the quarterly accounts.
Preparation of management reports containing financial and non-financial information.
Further analysis and project work as required
